AHC/CHCN - 4th Floor Training Room 101 Callan Ave, San Leandro, CA, United StatesThe On-Site Medi-Cal Eligibility Program training is facilitated by AHC and Alameda County Social Services Agency staff and is attended by clinic liaisons.
