In conjunction with the UCSF Center for Excellence in Primary Care (CEPC), CHCN will again be offering the PHASE Health Coach Training to clinic staff on August 1^st and 2^nd, 2017.  We received lots of positive feedback from the last training in February, and we are excited to offer the training with two new facilitators who will be trained from within our clinics.

There were some staff who were interested in the training and were unable to make it in February.  We also know new staff have been hired at the clinics, who might benefit from this training.  We’d like to first offer the training to those who have not been able to attend, but may open it up to those who would like a refresher, if we are able to accommodate them.
