We have been working with Drs. Jan Diamond and Sophy Wong on efforts to increase access to hepatitis C treatment at our community health centers since 2015. We have heard from several clinics that patient navigators, case managers, MAs, and community health workers would like training on hepatitis C basics, as well as skills-building on patient navigation for hep C.

Participants: Hep C patient navigators, case managers, MAs supporting providers with hep C, community health workers, and other front line staff supporting hep C testing and treatment

Our tentative agenda for this first meeting includes:

* Hepatitis C 101 for patient navigators and other support staff

* Patient navigation basics for hepatitis C, including patient tracking tools

* Discussion of sample cases

* Q&A on hep C
