Description: Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services, Crisis Response Program will present on overview of Crisis Services throughout Alameda County, the utilization of services, when it is appropriate to request our Crisis Response team, the nature of the work, what CHWs can expect when working in collaboration with the team, and an overview of what happens after intervention.

Audience: Care Neighborhood CHWs, care coordinators, outreach workers, and other patient advocates from the eight clinics and CHCN community partners
