Description: A representative from APS will join us to give brief overview of APS’s mission, services, and how to connect to APS.  The rep will also discuss the role of mandated reporter and responsibilities that go with it.

Audience: Care Neighborhood CHWs, care coordinators, outreach workers, and other patient advocates from the eight clinics and CHCN community partners
