Description: A representative from PEERS will provide overview of Mental health 101, PEERS’ mission and programs/services, and how we can connect our patients to PEERS.

Audience: Care Neighborhood CHWs, care coordinators, outreach workers, and other patient advocates from the eight clinics and CHCN community partners
