Native American Health Center’s mission is to provide comprehensive services to improve the health and well-being of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and residents of the surrounding communities, with respect for cultural and linguistic differences.

  • 4 Sites in Fruitvale:

o  3124 International: WIC, Pediatric Dental, Behavioral Health, other Community Services through our SAGE drop-in center

o   7Directions clinic: Medical, Dental, Integrated Behavioral Health

o   7Generations: Admin site housing Billing, Information Systems, HR, Operations, School-Based administration

o   2648 International Blvd., 2nd floor: Youth Services 

  • 9 School-Based Sites:

o   Encinal High – Alameda

o   Alameda High – Alameda

o   Island High- Alameda

o   *Madison Middle School – Oakland

o   Skyline High School – Oakland

o   *United For Success/Life Academy – Oakland

o   Frick Middle School – Oakland

o   Fred Finch Youth Center & Bret Harte – Oakland

o   *San Leandro High School – Oakland

 *Clinic is open to non-student patients, meaning, anyone from the community can seek primary medical & dental care
