Community Health Center Network clinics enroll members with the following insurance:

    • Medi-Cal
    • Group Care

The above programs are offered by Alameda Alliance for Health (AAH) (www.alamedaalliance.org) and Anthem Blue Cross of California (www.anthem.com/ca).

Medi-Cal Medi-Cal covers inpatient and outpatient services, pharmacy coverage, and vision coverage (through VSP). No co-payments or premiums are required.

Group Care Group Care covers In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) home care workers and is both an inpatient and outpatient coverage plan providing comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits.
